Material and Production
The lampshade is 3D-printed in a bioplastic derived from corn starch. Originally developed for food packaging, the material is recycled and processed into filament for additive manufacturing, enabling a low-waste production process.
The fitting is laser-cut from recycled aluminium sourced from beverage cans and finished in anodized black or white. Alternative versions are available in brass, copper or steel. All components are designed for disassembly and replacement, allowing materials to be separated and recycled individually.
Each lamp is produced on demand and printed individually — one unit per machine per day — to maintain consistent quality. Manufactured locally in Copenhagen.
